More than 200 people attended An Evening at Château du Parc in early October at the home of Mimi and Dan Collins in Hinsdale. Guests enjoyed libations, hors d’oeuvres and music while learning about the home’s extensive 20-month restoration process, recently completed by the homeowners. The event featured an interactive exhibit, hosted via the Hinsdale Historical Society’s Historical Tourist App, with newly unveiled content detailing the home’s renovation and shedding light on the original owners of the home.
