On September 29, The Morton Arboretum held its premier fund raising event, the Growing Brilliantly Dinner Party, against a backdrop of the Arboretum’s majestic trees. Welcoming nearly 400 guests, the Dinner Party celebrated the Arboretum’s Growing Brilliantly campaign to increase the impact of its tree-focused research, outreach, and programs. Emceed by media personalities Bill Kurtis and Donna La Pietra, this year’s Dinner Party raised more than half a million dollars.
