More than 400 west suburban residents gathered for “Outside Your Element”, the Hinsdale Junior Woman’s Club (HJWC) annual benefit, at the Godfrey Hotel Chicago in the River North neighborhood of Chicago on March 2. The versatile layout afforded attendees the option of dancing and mingling on their feet, or relaxing on commodious lounge furniture. VIP guests had the option of huddling into cozy “igloos” on the rooftop, which featured heaters and fire-pits to combat the chilly atmosphere and gaze upon the spectacular Chicago skyline to the south. Headlining the benefit was Paul DelVecchio Jr. a/k/a DJ Pauly D, a professional disc jockey and housemate on the MTV reality television show Jersey Shore from 2009 to 2012. – Photos by Marcello Rodarte
