The National Restaurant Association’s support of the military grew from a decades-long partnership with the Hennessy Trophy Awards program to recognize service excellence within the Armed Forces. Established in 1956, the program honors the dedication, pride and fellowship of the military personnel. Through the years, this initial foray into partnering with branches of the armed forces to raise the standards of food service has expanded to include all give branches of the military and includes training and support through the development of a host of military hospitality programs. – Photos by Marcello Rodarte
